Oak Garden Room

This beautiful property is situated in a picturesque village in Norfolk and it was important to maintain the values of the property whilst also creating an inviting modern space.

Due to restricting on the height we designed a raised tie beam to incorporate a set of french door in the gable leading out onto the wonderful gardens.

The floor to ceiling glazing allows for a large expanse of light which gives a rich and warm feeling to the room. The creation of the large glazed gable frames the garden and bringing the outside in.

The use of highly efficient  double glazing means that although the views are brought inside the weather isn't. 

With bespoke joinery and lovely face glazed oak frame this building creates are light modern space whilst still retaining its external character and charm, for which the village is known.
